You’ll have the option to receive a digital program via spreadsheet or an interactive program powered by Superset - additional $30 per month. All fitness products will come with video links to exercise demos, specific warm up and cool down activities, recommended sets, reps, and intensities.
We can make minor revisions to final product up to 30 days after it is received at no additional cost. Exceptions will be made in extenuating circumstances, but otherwise modifications will incur additional charges not to exceed the cost of a new program.
